Vijay is a Senior Partner at Positive Moves, the Indian member firm of Gow & Partners. Vijay is an experienced HR professional with significant experience in Human Resources Management. Having worked in multinational organisations, across geographical boundaries in a complex matrix-managed environment, Vijay brings with him the astute skills in HR with an eye for Talent and an ability to provide organisations with change management/business transformation expertise.

Vijay is also responsible for business operations in Singapore and focuses on business development and mandate delivery of positions in the South East Asian region for both Financial and Non Financial Services Industry.

Vijay’s previous work includes Vice President for Corporate, Investment & Commercial Banking, and Global Transaction Banking & Global Markets of HSBC in Singapore. Vijay has also spent over decade in various roles across geographies with American Express. In his last assignment with American Express he was responsible for providing HR expertise, enabling translating business direction to value added HR strategies, consulting senior business leaders in various markets in the region on organizational effectiveness strategies, talent & succession planning processes and supporting implementation of overall HR initiatives
