Pilar Cardenal holds a B.A. with honours in Political Science and has a PDG Degree from IESE Business School.

Pilar has a good expertise in the Consumer Goods, Automotive, Industrial, Retail and Real Estate sectors. She was Assistant Professor of Political Sciences at the University of Madrid and started her professional career as BANCO URQUIJO's Industrial Corporation Consultant, and was later appointed Information Manager of Banco Urquijo's Industrial Department.

In 1.984 she joined SPENCER STUART as Head of Research, and in 1.989 she joined H. NEUMANN International as Consultant, starting the activities of this firm in Spain, becoming International Partner of the firm in 1.991, and Managing Partner in 2.000. In 2.003 she joined ROBERT ALLEN-HORTON as Managing Partner of our Madrid office.
