Marc is a classically trained marketing and sales professional groomed in the blue chip environments of KPMG, Unilever and Allied Domecq PLC. After almost 15 years in variety of senior roles, Marc set up Maesina Search UK office for the Maesina Group of companies in 2000.

After gaining an MA in History, Marc embarked on a traineeship with KPMG but switched to marketing after completing his MBA. He joined Unilever on their UCMDS fast track management scheme and gained a first class business education before being given his first management role, assuming responsibility for brand and business development in the Caribbean and Latin America before returning to the UK on the birth of his first child in 1991.

Marc then took on a succession of progressive commercial roles in Unilever, before moving into the Alcoholic Drinks sector, first with Carlsberg Beer in '94 and then with Allied Domecq spirits and Wines from '96-99.

Marc lives in Surrey in the UK and has 3 children
