Simon Hill is the founder of Hill Coates Associates, which is a member firm of the Gow & Partners World Team.  It provides executive search and assessment support to the private equity community; this includes placing senior executives not only in private equity companies but also in the companies they acquire or providing psychological assessments of existing directors prior to acquisition.

Simon Hill entered executive search after 25 years in business development spanning property, professional services and capital goods. His roles have included Business Development Director of Herman Miller Inc and Arlington Securities plc.  Simon is a senior reserve army officer, a keen game shot, yachtsman, skier and singer. He is also Chairman of The Rifles Officers' London Club.
