Peter Lusk is currently Director of Entec Tax Solutions, LLC. Mr. Lusk began his career in 1962 with Lehman Brothers in Corporate Finance and in 1968 moved to Los Angeles and became a General Partner, managing the West Coast corporate finance operation and opened the Los Angeles office. Mr. Lusk subsequently moved to E. F. Hutton and Company as a Vice President, and Manager of West Coast Corporate Finance. From 1976-2000 Mr. Lusk was Marketing Head and Chief Operating Officer at Forstmann-Leff Associates, which was acquired by Refco in 1997. Beginning 2001 to 2005 (March) he was Vice-Chairman and Director of Marketing at W.L. Ross & Co, LLC. Mr. Lusk was educated at Yale University , he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1960, and then attended Harvard Business School where he received a Masters of Business Administration in 1962.
