Manuel Cardenal holds a B.B.A. with honors from Deusto University. Manuel has extensive experience in Industrial, Financial Services and Strategy Management consultancy.

After a period as Financial Manager of INDUCOSA, he joined ABENGOA GRUP as Regional Director of the North of Spain. Afterwards, he joined INDUSTRIAL BANK OF CATALONIA-BANCA CATALANA as Director of their main office in Bilbao, being promoted to Regional Director in 1.984. In 1990 he joined RONALD BERGER Management Consulting as the Director of their Office of Bilbao, developing and managing directly important projects of consultancy. In 1998 he joined IBV GROUP as Director of SOCINTEC's Subsidiaries Division, also dedicated to strategic consultancy. In 2004, he joins ROBERT ALLEN-HORTON as Managing Partner.
