Dr. Ross is CEO of the Rubicon Intelligence Unit. He works with leaders to adapt to the seismic waves of globalization including off-shoring in Asia, security threats and non-industry competition. Rubicon provides leaders with an intelligence gathering process to address these complex issues and a system to build alignment throughout their organizations. Dr. Ross recently received the Golden Key Award for his contribution to management education.
