Carl Wynne is a Principal at Caton Search, a member firm of Gow & Partners World Team based in London. Among Carl’s specialisations are Pan-European Financial Services, Management Consultancy, including ERP implementation, Strategy, Transformation and Change. In addition Carl has significant experience in Business Process Outsourcing.

Within these sectors, he has successfully delivered projects throughout Europe, including Central Europe and Russia to an international client base. He is skilled at both delivering individual assignments and project managing larger, cross border Human Resource procurement campaigns.

Carl has been a senior Executive Search consultant for over ten years starting his career with Hanover Matrix International and establishing himself as a senior member of their team growing the business to become one of Europe’s largest executive search providers. Carl also has General Management experience in the retail sector.

Following graduation from the Royal Military Academy Carl served in Northern Ireland, Africa and the Middle East as an intelligence officer. Carl has a deep knowledge of the culture of the Middle East, particularly the Arab world, speaks Arabic and has made a particular study of traditional Arabic Jewellery.
