NEW YORK, NEW YORK, 7th May 2007 – Gow & Partners, New York was responsible for the search and recruitment of Dr. Andrew Kaslow as Senior Vice President & Global Head of Human Resources, announced today by AIG, the world’s leading international insurance organization.

Dr. Kaslow is renowned as one of the top practitioners in Human Resources Management.  Before joining AIG, he was a Managing Partner with The QuanStar Group, an advisory services firm that guides emerging companies on strategy development and execution.  Prior to this role, he served as head of human resources for Vivendi Universal, the global entertainment and telecommunications company.  Before this, he was Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Time Warner, the world’s largest media and entertainment company where he was responsible for all aspects of human resources following their merger with AOL.   Dr. Kaslow also formerly served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Becton Dickinson and held senior HR positions at PepsiCo and TRW.  Andrew Kaslow earned doctorate and master’s degrees in behavioral sciences from Columbia University and has taught both graduates and undergraduates.  He is fluent in French and Spanish.
