Gow & Partners World Team Announces Spanish Offices
NEW YORK, NEW YORK, 8th July 2008 -- Roddy Gow, Chairman of Gow & Partners World Team is pleased to announce that Robert Allen-Horton, a Spanish based executive search firm, has joined Gow’s growing network, working under one international brand to service global clients. This new collaboration continues the strategic, focused expansion of Gow & Partners World Team, and broadens the service offerings of both firms.
Robert Allen-Horton was established in Spain in 1989 and specializes in executive search and management assessment at high levels within a wide range of industry sectors, as well as at the Board level.
The firm in Spain is led by Miguel de Gomis and four other Managing Partners with a team of nine professionals in offices in Barcelona and Madrid. Robert Allen-Horton utilizes its wide international experience in many different industry sectors, and offers outstanding consultative advice based on the quality of its consultants, the excellence of its search processes and the use of global resources.

Managing Director Miguel de Gomis has a Law Degree, and an M.B.A. from I.E.S.E. After four months training in Banco Atlantico, he joined Ceys, a leading adhesives company in Spain, as Commercial Director, and was promoted after one year to Managing Director. He remained in this position for 9 years, until joining the Madrid office of Spencer Stuart where he was later appointed Head of their Barcelona office.
